resales are welcome however they are only to be do within my discord server. £20 of each piece resold goes back to me and to get the piece re-texted the buyer must pay £5. This is only available for pieces of which I have the files for. it must be noted that the £20 comes out of the original purchased price. meaning you do not get paid the full amount you originally paid for. this is to minimise the desire to resale piece's and only to do so in emergency circumstances.

pieces may only be resold twice.

branding orders must always credit me by adding a link to my website.

If you’ve paid for commercial use, You’re welcome to create stickers, prints and clothes of my pieces for re-distribution but you must be credit my website in the products description's.

To use a semi-realistic piece commercially, you must pay double of what the order cost. This is a one time fee and I will not request any profits made within using the piece.

commercial rights must be purchased when buying the piece in question. this option is only available for pieces you've brought in the past if you contact me personally, send in a request and i approve it.

If you brought a piece without OC rights and desire to gain OC rights, there will be a one time fee of £20 unless stated to be included in the final price. this can be done at the time of purchase OR later down the line. I reserve the right to deny OC rights dependant on the piece.

it’s not mandatory but it would be nice to see other artists recreations of OC’s that I have made for you.

please ensure to credit me correctly when showcasing your piece to others via upload, Stash or on toy house.

Only bid if you’re ready to pay, unless discussed otherwise.

Make sure that when bidding, you reply to the previous bidder so they are notified that you’ve outbid them

Incorrect bids will cause your bid to be deleted and will not be counted.

Bid snipping will result in additional time added to the auction.

Anonymous bidding is available, just contact me directly visa discord to ensure that I can submit this for you.

When purchasing you’ll receive multiple wip's along the way. feel free to be very vocal on the direction you want the piece to go if you believe your custom request is not being achieved.

Once your files have been sent you’re not entitled to any further changes unless I’ve made a misspelling, a mistake or forgotten something from your references.

I do accept payment plans but this must be discussed prior to me sending you the invoice. payment plans come with extra fee's and penalties for missed payments (see the payment plan section below).

when the first sketch has been done, I will give you a date on when you’re piece should be due by. If I do not finish your piece by the agreed date, you’re entitled to a full refund.

Depending on the circumstances, I may reach out to you for a due date extension, you’re entitled to turn my offer down and receive your refund.

when it comes to payment plan, there will be an fee for each payment added on top, which may work out more than what you had planned for. I shall be letting all customers know the payment plan requirements prior to them confirming the order.

if you're unable to complete an arranged payment plan, you will not receive the piece nor will you be refunded for funds sent already. your plan will be terminated and you will no longer have access to payment plan options.

if you're late on your payment you will indeed receive a late fee, which will range from £25-100+ depending on the lateness, more information about this can be found in my prices section.
